Delivery and Postage

Do you do combined postage?

If you order multiple items with our UK economy delivery service, the goods will usually be delivered in the same parcel.
If you upgrade to a faster service, there will be a small additional charge for upgrading each item. We have included an 'Estimated Shipping' feature on each individual product page so that you can easily see and calculate any extra postage costs for faster shipping services. Please note that any postage quote on a product page includes products that are in your basket at the time it estimates the shipping cost.

How much will delivery cost and when will I get my order?

Delivery cost will be calculated when checking out and will vary on the weight of your items and the service you select. Economy UK delivery service is usually not tracked and is estimated to take 3-6 working days to arrive at a mainland UK address. We do offer faster and more secure shipping options for all of our outfits and accessories, which you can choose to upgrade to at the checkout.

Stock Availability

Do you have size X?

Probably! The quickest way to check is to search for the item you require on the Fancy Dress Hub by using the search bar and see if the size you are looking for is there. You may need to click onto the item and see if the size you require appears in the 'Size' drop-down box. Not in there? Then please give us a call on 01872 888132 and we will check availability for you.

How can I tell if an item is in stock?

We maintain high stock levels within our warehouse so any fancy dress item purchased on our website is in stock at the time the order is placed. The Fancy Dress Hub website has been set up to stop your order if the item is out of stock but due to the fast turnover of products in our warehouse, there are very occasionally mistakes in the system. You will be notified immediately if the item you have ordered is out of stock and we will do everything that we can to rectify the situation for you. You can always contact us to check stock replacement times if you see that something is temporarily unavailable on our website.


I am arranging an event and need several items, what discounts can you offer me?

We can and do offer a multiple order discount for any customer. Please call Customer Service on 01872 888132 to discuss possible discounts.

Costume Care

What are the washing instructions for your costumes and what care should I take with them?

This question is really answered by a short phrase: 'Common sense is the key.' Our products contain many different kinds of material, including velvet, leather, plush fur, felt, cotton and vinyl. Many more are trimmed with lace, fake fur, brocade and metal studs, while other outfits have printed emblems and insignia on them. Although the washing instructions in the garments themselves may include a machine wash recommendation, we would always recommend that all of our fancy dress costumes are dry cleaned only. Unfortunately, we will not be able to remedy any product fault that results from any machine wash cycle no matter what the manufacturer instructions say within the garment or packaging. Please take great care when handling or cleaning your Fancy Dress Hub purchases to get as much wear out of them as possible.
