Go Brands is an internet retailer trading across multiple sales channels. We also sell direct to the public from our premises at Tresillian Business Park near Truro in Cornwall.
We are passionate about finding great products at the very best prices possible. We are also totally committed to offering excellent customer service, alongside a high quality and enjoyable shopping experience.
Our main retail brand is The Hub. This is a family of online retail brands each of which specialises in a particular product area. For each brand a dedicated business team works to provide a fantastic range of goods at unbeatable prices. We cover product areas as diverse as extreme sports equipment and fancy dress.

Our brands are supported by centralised customer service and logistics teams. We have invested heavily in the very latest software and systems and have developed them to cater for both our specific needs and those of our customers. This enables us to provide very consistent service and deal seamlessly with such a large and varied product range.
We are currently based at a business centre near Portscatho on the Roseland Peninsula in Cornwall, where our warehouse, customer support, product marketing and technical teams work together to provide a superb shopping experience for our customers. We are moving to a custom-built service and fulfilment centre at Tresillian near Truro in 2012. The new premises will also have a dedicated shop area so customers can browse and meet with members of our Customer Services Team. We pride ourselves on excellent Customer Service, so we will still provide an online and telephone advice centre for all of our customers.
